Users can be added to the system with the User Management field. Both users can be transferred to the system via LDAP and local users can also be added to the system. For local users, it is possible to add bulk as a csv file.
The users logged in to the FileOrbis user interface automatically appear in the User Management page. You can see the user's Username, Domain, E-mail Address, Quota, Quota Usage, Quota Status, Status information.
From the Management Panel > User/Group Management > User Management you can perform the following actions;
Add User/Group | Importing Active Directory users to the system or adding local users. Imported users can log in to the FileOrbis user panel. |
Batch User Operations | This menu allows the administrator to collectively delete users, set the quota for users, and change the status of users. |
Quota | From the Quota tab, the administrator can hover and then select "click for edit" to set the user's quota. |
Edit User | It is the user edit button for local users. While editing the data about the user, the administrator can also be changed. |
Review User | User's sharings, link activities, download&upload, and delete activities shown. |
Restrictions | User-based restrictions can be set here. The administrator can change the user's abilities for My Folder, Public Network Folders, Private Network Folders, and Inbox. |
Reset User Password | The user's password can be reset by entering this menu. Note: Resetting a password requires a valid e-mail address. |
Delete User | To delete the user from the system "Delete User" icon can be selected. If "AD/LDAP Automatic Login" setting is not enabled under "Management Panel > Advanced Settings > AD/LDAP Configurations" then the user will not be able to login to the system. |

To get the user changes (e-mail address, phone, etc.) on LDAP, click on the Synchronize LDAP User and Groups button at the top. To do this process periodically, the Scheduled Tasks → Open Ldap Synchronization feature can be activated.
